Find Inactive Licensed Office 365 Users
Did you know that most organisations are paying for Office 365 licenses for users who are no longer employees or have inactive user accounts?. With InfraSOS you can find these inactive user accounts that are licensed and can unlicense these users to stop paying for Office 365 licenses, thus reducing your Microsoft 365 license costs. Within InfraSOS portal, in the Office 365 Reports menu, select / User Reports / Inactive Users Report. Filter by the last number of days, for example 30 days and set a filter to 'Is Licensed' - 'Equal' - 'Yes' |

This will then return a set of results with these inactive licensed users. You can then
export this report into a csv that you can use to search your Azure AD and unlicense these users within your Azure portal.
