Enable Users Sign-In for Office 365 Exchange Online Enterprise Application

If you receive the following error message within the portal:

Error: The service principal for resource 'https://outlook.office365.com' disabled

All you need to do is to enable users sign-in for your Office 365 Enterprise Online application as follows:

  1. Login to your Azure AD Portal / Microsoft Entra ID
  2. Open "Enterprise Applications" in Portal

2. Search for "Office 365 Exchange Online"

3. Open "Properties" and set "Enabled for users to sign-in?" to "Yes"

4. Don't forget to click "Save"
